hi

that email and reply is genius

on the reporting players front I doubt absolute are any different from the other sites - you won't see players banished by the next day - unless they just stole all the furniture from head office

they will need to monitor suspect players over time and be sure that they are colluding - thet will also want to link as many things together / catch as many as possible

also what would happen if someone just started sending them names to get players banned who were perfectly honest ? if they just banned anyone that was reported it would a very quick way to cripple a poker site overnight

think of it like this - if you see someone doing something wrong and you call the police are they -

a) going to flog the "criminal" and then give them a life sentence without trial just on someones say so

b) look into it and do some detective work

c) going to be able to conclude / gather evidence in 10 mins

still chuckling about that email though - I'd be tempted to see what else you can put in the 2nd line ;-)
