If I recall, its automatic.
I had actually heard it was $5, but when I signed up I got $3. So, who knows, maybe they did away with it. If so, you're not missing much, honestly.
But, anyway, to answer you question...I believe the answer is "no", there is no bonus code.
Let me know how it works out and/or if you get the money and/or what you think of the site.
The freerolls are pretty good, imo (usually over $.10 expected value), but I didn't care for the style of play...but, then again, a free $3 would make me like just about anything...lol
