Everest Poker is a great site for NL Holdem.
The most amazing thing about this room is how many countries are represented at each table. The other day I sat at a 10 handed table and noted the location of the other players: France (2), Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Germany (2), Switzerland and Japan. Its generally rare to ever find a poker table with 10 players seated and 8 countries represented, however this is the norm at Everest.
The software and customer support are available in multiple languages and the site deals in all major currencies. The Holdem games are very soft and about 100 simultaneous players can be found during peak hours.
