You can either bet on youself or the dealer.
You each get 2 cards.
Cards are face value...
Ace=1, Duece=2, Three=3 etc... thru Nine=9
Tens and Face cards (10,J,Q,K) = 0
Add the cards together and the closest to 9 wins, but if you get Zero (0)below 3 or 4, you get a third (3rd) card.
example...
You: 8 and a K = 8 * Dealer gets J and a 7 = 7... you win! (if you bet on yourself!) You were closer to 9.
You Q and a 2= 2, your third card is a 5=7
Dealer 4 and an Ace =5 you win! you were closer to 9. Unless you bet on the dealer!
You K and a 10 = 0, 3rd card is a 7 = 7 * Dealer K and a 8 = 8 Dealer wins! Unless you bet on dealer, then you win. Payout is different for every casino.
