Some think slowplaying is a mistake. Its a tool, and when used in the right situation, is best for the job in hand. Here the situation was clearly dangerous with the draws on the flop, and slowplaying was a mistake. Given a quieter flop then certainly i would slowplay a big hand like AAA especially if the fish wants to wriggle on the line
