I want to know if someone here is using any system to evaluate a starting hand, and using this info to fold, check or raise preflop.

Personally I play in an "artisan way", and surely I'm still playing hands that I do not have to play, but Omaha is my favorite game and I want to improve my way to play.

Any advice is welcomed.
