910JQ is also better than JQKA as there are alot more straights possible although you have to be careful about getting the lower end of the straight.
In Holdem you only have two cards, Omaha you have 4 cards which is effectively 6 hands, so if you have 6 possibilities of hands the more chance you have of winning.
Omaha H/L is all about scooping the pot, no point going all in with only half especialy cash games where even if you win against one other player you will end up losing because of the rake and never draw to half the pot unless there are a few players in the hand, the pot is worth drawing too and it doesnt cost alot to draw
