its easier than that - if a member has made 10 decent posts then they will receive the passwords
(automatically sent 24hrs before games)
so ... we dont need a list of qualified or not qualified players ...
members can see for themsleves if they are going to get passwords
you can see the active members using the monthly post total links in this thread ...

or you can also see total totals (if that makes sense) by going to "members" and then ranking results by post total ...

there is no requirement beyond the 10 decent posts for the passwords - we hope that members actually enjoy taking part in the forum enough to carry on posting and being active rather than making rules to make them post
if however members have made 10+ iffy / poor posts then they'll have to look at their own post count (top right of each post has members post total) to check I havent deleted some of their posts - I think it's pretty obvious even to them whether they have made decent enought posts to feel they've earnt the passwords or not
simple really -
make 10 decent enough posts - get passwords
make 10 poor posts - be unsure if you'll get passwords, get up my nose, get posts deleted, dont get passwords, end up making the effort to make decent posts to get passwords - which would have been easier to do in the first place
