its like Matt Damon says in Rounders 'You gotta bring in the chips when you have the best of it, and protect it when you don't'. The cards will eventually even out and you'll catch the draws you need or you get some beautiful flop when you check your BB with rags.
In tournements its hard to sit back and wait for good cards as the blinds are always going up, but in a cash game my best advice would be to sit there and play tight until you get some good cards. Once that happens and you start taking down a few pots the table will start to notice and you'll be able to bluff them more often.
Good luck, it will even out sooner or later - just hope you're not broke by then like i have been so many times before
