hi

as far as I know the sites like poker champs notified all affected players and gave them time to cash out - other sites are saying they will honour the balances etc when closing the accounts

be careful what you read and believe - there is alot of idiotic talk / blogs / paranoia going around on all this - connecting half truths and wrong facts to right facts about something else etc - some sites are just capitalising on this (weirdly as far as I can work out)

as far as Ive been able to gather the decent sites that have decided to pull US players (and they are few) are honouring accounts / notified players - they generally have sportsbook connections.

I don't see any reason to panic or clear out accounts - the reason why the sportsbooks have got jittery is because the way they take money / bets.

sportsbooks and poker sites are different

the bill has NOT become law - NOR is it likely to - NOR is it going to be decided either way anytime soon

the net is a minefield of forum posts / blogs which everyone adds to and before you know it the whole world is about to be lined up against the wall and shot

seriously guys - chill out - so long as your not playing tin pot sites they're not going to just pull the rug from under your feet

cheers scrawnybob
