could it be that you had accounts with those sites ... this might be the issue ... mention it to them and see what they say
while they had the NeoNeo and potripper issue I do think they are making the effort to sort themselves out and the support used to be reasonably ok
as with all support alot of it comes down to how they are approached - bear in mind they deal with really arsy people all day ... and 9/10 the customer is actually wrong / mistaken
I'm not suggesting this is the case for you ... but it is worth thinking "how would I cope with doing their job" when most of what they have to deal with is rude, angry players who generally have made a mistake and not the site etc

Ye that's true , i dont even mind about the issues they have, i have spend more then 3 weeks to get the bankroll i requested and after all that time , they tell me it's not available since they found a account i have with my personal info on it , which is impossible since i only have 1 account made , when i heared about ypc , i signed up threw their links , why would i request a bankroll if i did have a account their , never had one ... then i would have preferd to ask for full tilt , or any other site, but that's the point i cant since im a member of all those sites except the one UB . I sended ub a email , i got no response , and im tired of being soft , always soft on them , always polite , but going threw 3 weeks of waiting and sending my id 3x ! , i was like ok now im getting it , and then hearing i dont .. made me .. you know
