First, my solidarity on your frustration and on this common goal.
I'd like to express some toughts and one doubt / question.
Doubt : I've been on vacation for almost 2 weeks, and returned on Sunday. Checked my email, saw Bob's PM. Since I don't have PKR, and was in time for PokerStars 1$, I registered in 4kp US league, instead of non-US league that I started playing recently.
My intention was to play again after 2 weeks out of poker in a pleasant field, but I was a sitter, as lots of things came up. When I got home my self-sitter ended in 14th.
Now the question, is it wrong what I did? I mean, should I have registered in the US league, knowing I could spoil points if I made it to the FT?
I really would like some
ethical insights on this matter.
Some points / thoughts
* screen name List - like bob said, it can be a pain in the ass to admins, and looking at last 888 events FR / WPC / BI tourneys, not so useful. There were +-70 FRollers, but only 14 members paid

To help administration building lists, the profile screen names do work. I have that experience from another forum.
Opening a thread for members to sign up is another solution, but admins will again have a bit of work to do.
* Paying out directly, separating FR and BI leagues, stopping FR leagues, I agree with Bob's thoughts entirely.
* suspicious freeroll sites - yes, let's turn them to authorities (aka bob), let's google for 4kp pw whoring sites, let's start a revolution
* later PM's - unfortunately you will have to do it. I mean unfortunately, because there are members who canīt check pw later ' cause are still driving home, member that can only do registration 4h prior because they can only sit 15m after the tourney starts... but yes, you'll have to do it to restring pw whores.
You could "improve" FR league if you pick each event top members, and give them an entry to a final FR (monthly or not). You could choose to: give a small prize in the regular FR league events and the rest of the money for the "final" FR, or you could get all FR prizepools and only give it in those special final events. At least some pw whores would go away.
Sorry for my lack of english to put my thoughts on, anyway I believe in a better and shinny day...
