I, have two anwsers bad.
Q3, because I answered about the winner and not the runner up (is bad, I accept it)
and Q2.
Here I have something to say:
GT, you are saying the right answer is E (2006)
But as I answered, I think that one HORSE tourney was played in 2004, so 2006 couln't be the right answer.

Scott Fischman - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
At the 2004 World Series of Poker (WSOP) he became the youngest person ever to win two WSOP bracelets, winning one bracelet in a no limit hold'em and a second in a H.O.R.S.E. tournament.

Scott made his WSOP debut in 2004 at the age of 24. Not only did he cash in four events, he was the youngest player to win back-to-back WSOP bracelets. He took first in the $1.5K No-Limit Hold ‘em event, besting a field of over 800 entrants to earn $300K. Days later, he impressed everyone when he won the $2K Limit HORSE event for over $100K.
Why do you say that 2006 is the right answer and why my answer was wrong?
