Man I am goosed, Cold Shower, Ice bags loaded ( 1 each for my hands, and 1 for my head) The Bag died (picy of Helmuth on it
) and I cooking the sauna up with some "Herb" on the coals and in the water tub. Hendrix on repeat.
See ya all inabout 3 hours, unless I die in the sauna.........in the mean time....
