You expect support doing what????? You must be a lot more specific than that. What tourney. What site??? I would take a wild guess that nobody is going to help you during a tourney. It sounds like you need practice. Join a S&G that does not cost very much. Pstars, FTP. probably have some cheap games you could join to get hands on experience. We are all hear to help, just be a little detailed.
