just to add - I think you are all responsible and grown up enough to be able to play by the flexible common sense rules

if anyone wants to ask me anything privately then feel free to PM me

eg. a member with 10+ posts is itching to start a team etc

But I really think the whole team thing should be a great community builder and self policing

USING PM's

Thats what it's there for ... Obviously I try to use it sparingly only for passwords on a bulk level

But members wise - feel free to use it to chat and discuss things with each other if its something that wouldnt benefit from being discussed on the forum ... if it is then keep it on the forum as your far more likely to get a wider feedback and results

The only thing with PM's is that it has in the past been abused by spammy members trying to solicit for signups / bonuses etc by the backdoor ... they generally get reported by members and only then do I start to analyse specific accounts

BOUNTIES

It's ok by me if you want to have any kind of mental bounties, "I bet I get more scalps then you" stuff ... thats totally cool but you'll have to informally admin that kind of stuff yourselves as I need to keep my eye on the ball re: overall structure & leagues scoring etc

AIMS

I'm really hoping we can have at least 10 ideally 20 teams with 10+ members in each asap before we start the next season of leagues early July ... so I'd urge everyone to get into it and concetrate on getting those teams going or getting yourself into a team by then
