It all depends on your table to be honest. Often, I'll just go all-in with them if my table is extremely loose or limp-raise all-in if a hyper-aggressive player is playing. One method I definately wouldn't reccommend is limping and allowing others to see a free flop at a more conservative table. Raise 4 to 5 times the big blind so the blinds won't feel obligated to call down for pot odds in that spot. If there is an initial raiser, smooth call if you feel he has a real hand, and don't hesitate to fire a reraise if you think your opponent is trying to make a move preflop.
