How does this compare to other sites? I have to say that I think they should all offer at least one option that is free. They already take a rake. Charging you again is a load of crap, unless you choose to use an option that is faster or more convenient than say regular mail (assuming that is the easiest/cheapest way, it might not be), then I think it is somewhat reasonable to pass that additional expense on to you.
