well thats rude and unacceptable IMO.
take the roulette dealer for exampe... i talked to a seniour one once and he told me he can hit at 1 of-4. meaning: if there are 36 numbers + zero, then he can hit where the numbers go in a row on the wheel say 14-17-21-23... he sais he can hit at one of these numbers every time.
its commom for them to recieve tips for a "lucky" spin...
but giving the dealer 10 percent for dealing cards which YOU played with and outplayed the others, so what is HE getting the tip for exactly?
