its commom for them to recieve tips for a "lucky" spin...
but giving the dealer 10 percent for dealing cards which YOU played with and outplayed the others, so what is HE getting the tip for exactly?  |
What does a waiter, porter,etc (person in service industry) get a tip for?
Doing their JOB?
