As the previous post said, there's no one way to play AA. It depends on many factors which can have different weightings depending on situational considerations including but not limited to
- your stack size relative to the other players
- your stack size relative to the blinds
- your position on the deal
- the nature of the players still to act after you
- your table image, if you have one
- if it's a tournament, the type and current situation
That said, it's probably best most of the time to make a normal bet. You're willing to play a big pot, but you should want to chase out most other player so you only have to fade one or sometimes two opponents drawing out on you. Yes, sometimes everyone will fold to you bet, but you do still win a small pot.
