hi all

ok - so this isnt an ideal solution as I havent as yet found the offending member who gave out the password

but the offending non member / last minute member with insufficent posts at time of playing have been banned - I will be pursuing other options in the light of their lack of co-operation and in the future I am not going to even hesitate on reporting anyone abusing our passwords / playing when not a member etc to the poker rooms

also please note (and I'm not naming names) but the well intentioned suggestions of who the offending password sharer was ... were WRONG

so for those of you who may or may not know who it was thought to be - IT WASNT

thanks to those members involved for discussing all this OFF the forum as this has avoided unneccessary problems of openly calling out an innocent member

please bear in mind how easy it is to make a simple mistake like this although with good intentions ... I'm not unhappy with any of those people but I'm grateful that in difficult circumstances it was able to be dealt with off the forum

for the purposes of the forum this matter is closed

ps. this makes claiming your name all the more important - and for those that have shared passwords - we are no longer going softly softly on password sharing

BTW just because people (who shouldnt be playing) have paid the buy-in this DOES NOT entitle them to some kind of moral high ground - our games are private for members with 10+ posts only the fact that these were buy-in games makes no difference whatsoever
