i was waiting to see some other posters here before i replied as i was curious what the feeling was on these low pairs.
here are a few thoughts:
to me, low PP are hands that are of the very few that you can make a case for raising, limping or folding preflop.
if you are playing in EP and you KNOW you are getting reraised by an uber-aggressive player in LP, limp/reraising isn't out of the question. you are happy to take the pot down with that move and if you flop a 2, he's never going to put you on 22. if you limp, call, its more likely he can figure out the set (though 90 percent won't).
it's an automatic fold to a raise and a reraise if the action is in front of you unless you are supershort in a tournament.
