Playing on PartyPoker about a week ago
I had pocket 8's, the BB was 25cents(cash game) 4 people called, then the 5th man on a 6 man table, raised it to 75cents. I felt my 8's were worth the 50 cent raise. Every one called the Raise (its Party poker lol) Flop come up
8,8,J, At this point I had a HUGE
Grin, I figured I cant really bet it, just call, the whole table started betting on it, everyone was reraising each other, so I figured, there was Draws abound at best a house j's full of 8's.
I get raised all-in, so naturally I call. I was right, the J's full of 8's was out there. BUT i DIDNT lose to Quad Jacks. Pocket 9's was the only other caller.
Well now i am getting a lil frustrated thinking about this, Turn was a 9, River was a 9........It was a $200. plus hand, now that was a BAD BEAT, in my opinion
