hi all

well having spent a large part of this week debating, redebating, thinking and pondering what to do and what games to offer up for next seasons tournament and leagues ...

and wanting to keep offering freerolls (open ones without needing to be our signups etc)

and spending time and money trying to get the password access & password requirements reasonable etc and as open and free as possible for all members regardless of whether they are existing players at sites etc

You can all thank the MORONS ... ie. the "members" who clearly are only here (and post enough to escape scrutiny) to pass on our passwords - including team only ones

next season ISNT going to have anything like the amount of games I was planning to fund, no freerolls and the posting requirements have just got even harder

The tournaments / scoring / organising and funding take up far too much of my time for this hastle ... so thank the morons - they just made up my mind

I'm not going to be polite to moronic requests, crap posting chancers and generally anyone who hasn't made any effort - will get short shrift from me - I'm not going to bother candy coating it - I'm not going to bother being polite - Its a waste of my time

anyone who doesnt read the damn rules etc will just get a ruck load of posts deleted and if I have any cause for doubt then there wont be any debate - I'll be harsh

yep Im afraid Ive been pushed too far this time

the FT game was a mess

the Carbon team game password got leaked - the member that is playing (probably with two accounts) can look forward to two frozen accounts at Carbon come tomorrow

I've had with too many freeloaders - and that unfortunately includes members who arent active, members (new and old) who dont read the rules, cant be a**ed to post anything worth reading etc etc etc ... but still expect the moon on a frigging stick

if the forum becomes 35-50 members who can be bothered to make and effort and can be trusted with a password ... then so be it

I was hoping that with new password posting requirements and a locked password area (that I'm spending more on to add more posting restrictions) would do the trick

but it isnt going to enable me to offer open freerolls without constant grief ...

so I guess the need to have a whole $1 in a player account to play a game will have to be part of the requirement

seriously I hate freerolls so much it makes my eyes bleed ... and sharing passwords to maybe win pennies or win "friends" is just sad

thats me done on wasting time trying to give something back to the forum without any strings or much effort required ... I'm not going to beat myself up over it anymore

I just cant believe how stupid some people are. Whats even worse is the morons who are getting the PW's from their friends cause they are either too dumb or too lazy to contribute to the forum....

I cant wait for next season. I just remembered why I dont play on Carbon either. No offense to some people but that dumb Romanian that told me and I quote "Lick my Dads Ass" is just not the kind of player we are looking to attract here.........I feel that way and I dont even run the place............

I can't see any easy solutions about those invasion, as all the tries didn't change anything, so let's go for buy-in games. Hoping that will push them away from our games.
I guess we'll have to deal with them until this season is over.
I really want our games to be a friendly meeting as it used to, no matter who's winning unless the winner is a member.
Romanian poker diaspora is a pledge here as it is on many forums.
I wonder if while checking members IP you could know where they really come from. I know that there is some RouteIP application that is able to track IPs but i can't remember the names. I'll check it and give you the feedback later on.

I hope you don't mean the hand I went all in on with 92 in the bb with a flop of 994 and you limped in with 44 (correctly),,,lol I said nh and I meant it. i for one have not been good of posting as of late and its partly due to my schedule. i will say bob that you have done a great job so far and continue to do so.

Naw pothole. not u. The farce was the huge number of romanians with their chat in a foriegn language, and their crude, vile chat in english. Then there was the absurd play that always seems to win for them. Hey u had a hand. Not like u had 5 8 and hit runner runner on an all in, lol

In the carbon game, I pushed 99 and ended up all-in with a romanian that had 33. Now maybe valid points can be made about my play with that. As in not a wise move. But I was actually trying to isolate him (the romanian) in the hand. I got what I asked for, he got the river 3.

I understand you Villa, same happen in our tables, 2 or 3 romanians that dont care to tell that are not forum members and also saying trash to all, playing like donks with all ins every hand, and also making team with the others romanians, really was worse than other times.
