Sign-ups via 4kingpoker links ONLY

Due to tracking never being perfect across many of the poker rooms - could members who signup to poker rooms via 4kingpoker's links please post their site screen names and which site(s) they have signed up to via us in this thread

Especially NEW aced poker signups via our links

This is doubly important now sites are offering rakeback - please note that IF you have accidently clicked on other sites links to poker rooms this will affect being tracked to us - and can therefore mean problems getting rakeback via us.

best way to avoid accidently being tracked to a site you have no interest / affiliation with is TO CLEAR COOKIES - then click on our links to signup - That way you will get the bonus / rakeback you expect through the site affiliate you want to.

Please use our BONUS CODES in addition to our links if there is a bonus code

IMPORTANT NOTE: You cannot signup via our links if you already have an account or downloaded the software at a poker room - you will then be tracked to a different site and that cannot be changed.

Bob sorted mine out with the Aced affiliate manager I think and that worked much better.

I had a check with aced that all the properly tracked signups via 4kingpoker would be on rakeback - this meant a couple of corrections and those players should be sorted now

Ramster I will check with Aced - IF you have been properly signed up via us then you will get rakeback and I will make sure that happens - BUT I have a feeling you will be already tracked to another affiliate who isnt offering rakeback - before clicking through us, unfortunately the system sites use credits the first affiliate not the last.

the same tracking problem that occurs on all sites is when members have already got tracked to another affiliate or direct becasue they have already clicked on links to a site (in this case aced - but this applies to ALL sites) - most use first cookie (NOT LAST - but this may change)

In these cases because you are already tracked to another affiliate ... then going through our links wont magically get the player tracked to us ... and therefore wont be eligible for rakeback (as effectively we pay for alot of it)

hope this makes sense - the ways sites track signups and indeed the way other affiliates now behave in terms of honouring the old system have rapidly changed under rakeback and cut-throat market ... Hence them all saying DELETE COOKIES first

the only way players can effectively choose who they sign up via is to clear your cookies before signing up via the affiliate / site they want to - otherwise you may have been accidently tracked to another affiliate by clicking banners / links etc etc

As I said earlier I CANNOT get players moved to our trackers IF they have already clicked on other affiliates and / or signed up via them

I also cant really instruct players to delete cookies (although more and more sites seem to think this is ok) but afaiks its not really what sites should be doing

IMHO it is up to players to make their own decisions - and if I explain how they system works you can all make up your own mind who you want to be tracked to - IMHO this applies to bonus offers / rakeback etc

The old system worked under the old rules and ways - unfortunately the new ways dont square so well with things
