How do I change my avatar?

I've been trying to change my avatar but am unable to do so. (I'm tired of having a pic. of my boyfriend for my avatar seeing as we've been split up for quite awhile now).

I've tried submitting a few pics. in place of it but none of them have worked for me??? (the last one I tried using was actually a veryyyyyy small pic. so I thought it'd work for sure... but it didn't).

I also STILL don't know how to post a screenshot here on the forum. Anyone care to give me an easy to follow step-by-step on how to do this?

Ditto for me - I tried to do an update which fit the requirements but it said that it was unable to copy the image - does it require a specific extension, or do you have to delete the old one first?

I want to change in order to get ready for the baseball season, which is only three months away - better early than late.

ok, I'm gonna give it a try. I also cannot just upload a file from my computer for my avatar, or to post a pic or a screenshot. It says you can, but I can't. I used to be able to change my avatar, but hell if I can now, even with the workaround I used for years. To upload a image, screenshot, gif, this workaround still works.

So here is what I do;

1) I opened and account at Photobucket (just google), it's free. Once you have that, just upload a file(of a pic u want) to photobucket. Once there, click on the image, and copy the "direct link" option.


then do this here at 4King:

Ok, that's
1) click that image icon at the top
2) click "from URL"
3) enter that "direct link" code you got from photobucket
4) click off the checkmark in the "retrieve remote file...."
5) click the "Insert Image". it should show up

Now this a clunky way to get an image here at 4K, but it is what works for me. It used to work for avatars also, but I have been gone a while, and SB has changed the software. But I also cannot upload images directly from my computer, even tho the 4K software says you can.

Also, please note, that if u delete the photobucket file, it will no longer work here ( show, or be viewable) at 4K.
