(I dont meet the requirements yet - must get myself on the list lol)

Its under private / scheduled

BTW Until I have sent the list in others that are not signups via 4kingpoker wont be able to get in straight away

Yes the Freeroll on the 14th is fine it's the buy in you have listed as the 15th that I can't see. Only the one on the 8th.

the games are open to a handful of forums / affiliates as I understand it so that 100 isnt 100 players from 4kingpoker or signups from 4kingpoker

I doubt it will have - afaisk 1 signup & no deposits in Jan so it's not a money spinner - carbon never has been for me

(I think vast majority of forum are signed up already to loads of sites)

but that wasnt the purpose - they sent over the info as we have review of carbon etc and promote them but also saying I could add in forum members regardless of whether they signed via us - so that seemed like too good an opportunity to miss if it gets our members a couple more good games

with $500 added for a $2 buy-in and only 100 players that looks like a great value tournament for members - did anyone come in the money ???

BTW Im not sure about the dates as the ones in post are what carbon sent me but it seems the buyin was a week early ?

It was a bit of a Donkfest in the beginning stages.But i started at a strong table.The WINNER Brishka (Romanian) started at my table.Jsaw (5th) was also at my table.biggestdonkTT was at my table and he finished 12th.!! And argued with Enosterp who called his ALL IN pocket JJ,s with K-Q that beat him about the call.Enosterp also finished in the money.My pocket Tens ended my game when they ran into Big STacked biggestdonTT,s pocket QQ,s in the BB.
I have been around this game for a long time and all of a sudden I see all these poker player names who i Haven,t seen in many years.It was nice to see some of the more commen names.I wonder where they have been playing these past years ?? I was mostly card dead but was not impressed with the quality of play anyways.They all came out of the woodwork.

Thanks Bob for getting us into these tourneys, especially since I managed to finish in 10th spot. Could have been higher but learned a lesson - ie when in BB on short stack in first hand of final table, don't go all-in when 3 others have already gone all-in (guess at this stage, players feel they have to make a move in order to move up in the standings) - would have moved up 1 spot and still be alive with a better position on the horizon.

In reply to Rob's post, 'biggestdonk' had JJ, not AJ, and since I just lost a big hand on the river, my stack was getting low so I decided to call his all-in with KQs.

As a point of interest would anyone else have done the same thing?
