NEW Monthly Forum Posting Jackpot

Hmmm... let me guess.. your talking about me. I don't need to post anymore, but i do anyways because it helps the forum out. Im telling you, i like this site to grow, and i will post next month as well. Its not all about the money, and i have been turning over a new leaf. I have decided to post more lengthly posts to show that i am actually putting effort into my posts. I know that i have been a jerk in the past, but i will try not to be a jerk in the future.

I received my $20 prize on 1/10/08. I did not play too much up until about a week ago (cash tables). I had won about $52 between freerolls and micro limit SnG's on FTP. I have never deposited any money on any poker site. I went through a real bad run of cards and pretty much donked off all of that up until scrawnybob ran this competition.

So the thing is from 1/10/08 until 1/28/08 I have moved my bankroll from $20 to $180 that it currently stands at.......

The cards of Death! GNk got his bank almsot wiped out with a super bad run of cards. IT sucks, but it happens to the best of us. NOw he has to work his way up again.

hi all

well we are going to keep the competition going - I know some feel some posting is a bit borderline but for the most part post are good and even the short ones are getting some good banter and community feel going - so I think its a good thing - we'll be adding other elements to the community as I can get things developed

as the older members will know although I might not be the quickest webmaster to get things up and running - we do get the good ideas up and running eventually ;-)

interestingly despite some expecting previous months winners posting to fall off ... it looks like the active posters have mostly kept posting - which is great - the competition is a bit of fun and a bit of free bankroll and I'm sure all the active members will get a piece of the action over the coming months
