Hey Jacks, how's ur day going? I've made quite a few threads, but there seems to be a lot more reading than posting this month for some reason. But I do see your point sir....

i saw your posts and even replied- they were indeed interesting and to learn from. i personally dont play heads up because they can take hours, if the blinds are rising slowly (there is a limit for a mans patience).

I'm not going to get worried about the whole posting big on alternate months thing - as you know my view is the money is there to be won

I'm rather more curious that when we have a month where its potentially wide open there arn't many jumping in to have a shot at it & also why there arent many wanting to make 10 easy posts to be in the draw ?

I dont have an answer it baffles me a bit as the forum has more threads to add to than ever and
it's not like we're really strict on genuine posts - I'm probably less strict than some members would probably like - but it just seems a bit odd

so let me know what we need to be doing more of to get the forum more active and crucially get more of you involved even in a small way

what do all the lurkers want to read about or post replies to ?

To be honest with you, the HU games Ive played so far have not lasted more than 140 hands on the long end and 1 hand on the short side of things. I'd say on average its about 85 hands which is about a half hour.

The reason I went to the HU games now is that I have a very short attention span for 1, I wanted to work on my HU game 2, and I seem to be fairly decent HU........

I've won 6 straight HU matches and Im not sure when I will go for #7, as I want to keep the streak alive!

Thanks for responding on my posts, glad you found them interesting and possibly learned something from them.........

(Personally I'd like GT to dissect the HH that I do post up, he does such a wonderful job at it!)

wow...didn't think i had that many posts this month....lol....i can tell you why my count has diminshed a lil....after playing online for hours every day since my very first game online.... and running bad lately i was lettin the game stress me to much...so i decided it was best if i slowed down for a week or so....and relax....lol
