PokerStars Freeroll - Who are any of the Winners ?

OK so I can guaranteed that however hacked off any members may feel about the freeroll whores and password sharers crashing our games ... I am ten times more hacked off

as far as I can see none of the players making the final table are members

I'm seriously considering getting the sites to take prize money back and get accounts frozen on certain games now - I know other sites do this

but the people I am most disappointed with are the members who are giving out our passwords - you are low lifes and not welcome -

our games are private, the passwords are private ... you know this yet you kiss a** up to a bunch of freeroll whores to give them our passwords ... YOU ARE THE PROBLEM more so than the players who use the passwords

PASSWORDS WILL NOW BE SENT OUT IN THE LAST COUPLE OF HOURS BEFORE GAMES

I'm really sorry to the vast majority of the members who are genuine and would much prefer to be able to have a reminder of the games and time to get themsleves sorted - but given that we cannot run invite or list entry to the bigger sites - which are the problem ones

sending out the password as late as possible is the only other option other than stopping all freeroll and only running buy-ins ... that would be a shame

but the reality there are 100's of all these crappy tin pot forums who have a freeroll password section and dont do their admin properly

we have sorted out some of the other more organised sites and they're admins are now making sure our passwords dont appear

To be honest from the amount of PM's I get from existing members wanting passwords who dont / havent read all our rule change PM's etc frankly I am banging my head against a brick wall trying to get people to follow rules / be responsible with passwords or make decent posts for the passwords

I am getting tired of keep having to waste so much time dealing with things when people dont read the rules etc - when I could be writing strategy articles, posting and replying to the good threads in the forum etc

I know how frustrated you must be. I played in last night's game and I was about the only English speaking player at all of the tables I was at so I had a feeling things had gotten out of hand again.

I wish there was a way to not let them have the winnings, but still people would play that weren't supposed to.

I went out around 24th. I really wanted to make it to the final table for the points. These people are messing up our league! How frustrating.

Well, don't let these fools get your blood pressure up- it's not worth it.

We know you are doing the best you can on your end. I hope our members will do their part, but I have a feeling the people that are sharing these PW's only joined the forum for that purpose and until we find out who is doing it, it will continue.Funny how they don't crash the buyin games.

even looking at the top 30 doesnt help - looking through the list I think off the top of my head I'd stuggling to get 10 I think are in the forum

hopefully the screen name cross reference will help - but again that's more cost / more admin to go through a longer list and given that most members dont seem inclined to update their info - it could be a royal waste of my money / developers time & additional admin to make use of it

changing the posting requirement from 5 to 10 has been a bit of mixed bag

this is something all forums are struggling with and I know that alot are considering just dropping freerolls entirely

yes its very frutrating that these idiots are messing up the league points - and running off with cash from my pocket

but as I get to see the whole picture the vast majority of members seem to only want to play freerolls at the one maybe two sites they already play at - they make the 10 posts and thats it

as a way to get better and more quality posts ... I dont think the posting requirement helps that much

as I've said before generally people who want to post will post

password whores are going to continue to use passwords as long as morons join forums and fill the requirement to get passwords to then give out - at least with a very late send out this will minimise the time they have to get them out there

that said again its amazing how many existing members dont read all the updates etc and then contact me wanting to know when they will get the passwords etc

as long as the good members appreciate I've not given up trying to addres these issues then that's cool

I think members will need to ignore (or report bad posts etc) and just post good stuff regardless - if anyone has particular threads they want cleaning then report thread with note "clean thread"

In terms of the password sharing - just keep sending me site / blog urls where you see them and I will continue to try and keep on top of it

Our games are league games and not a normal freeroll like other forums host so I don't understand why some are sharing passwords and crash our league games. Probably people who don't have any idea of how these games are important to us " regular members who's aim is to win the league and have fun by playing with well known members " A A

my head was about to explode last night on stars hung /tolerated other people as long as i could then just donked all my chips off in 1 hand...mind you i was top 20 for a long time in it ....just couldn't take it anymore...as JEFFSBABE saida bunch of non english table talk...not that i have a problem with anybody from another country...it is that u can pretty much tell when there are AKQJ1098765432 and suiets in the talk ...2 or 3 people goin back and forth talkin and foldin to each other raisin when the others throw numbers or suiets in to the chat..... im not gonna sit at a table with people like that....ty for lettin me vent a lil

P.S: II_RAZOR_II is a member just joined yesterday ripped down 12 posts....but if bob didn't pm him the PW he had it b4 he came

Why can't the money be paid out by yourself the next day instead of the site paying it.I guess the money comes out of your pocket in the first place or is it actually from the Poker Site.

I know this will be more work for you but at least then only forum members will get paid.

I just thought after writing this that not all sites do player transfers.

I thought I had a good idea then.

My dear dear god , omg , how many people did join it ? i was asleep thank god i didnt play that one , i got frustrated with my table only knowing 1 player , the other players where at the other tables who i knew i would have loved for them to be at my table , what i mean : A donk , who i always lose to are usually donks , pro's i lose to aswell but atleast with the id that i lost , and not that a idiot got lucky on me for all my chips , i thought what's the use now im out in 30th place from the 70 , which i think is super going threw allot of people calling with junk and getting lucky on me like 7 of the 10 x i dont know how that happend but that was mind blowing never the less , and you know it , im talking to you buddy yes you , your not even reading this thread you password f**** sharer , your just going to log in when you got your private message to look at the password and then post it all over the net ? I MEAN WHAT THE **** IS IN YOUR FFFS HEAD .

No seriously , posting to people you dont even know , nonetheless not even one of your friend , or lets say you do post it to your friend , 10 friends 20 30 , WHATS THE FFFFFFFFFSSSSSSSSSS USE ????????? he's not going to give you the $$$ ?? Let alone the $ , we are trying to have a good time in the tournament , knowing we all did well and tried our best to win it , i know the first lague i entered i finished 7th , which probbaly would have been better if i didnt spend my earnings in cash games losing it all not able to enter the half of the games costing me allloott of points , so it's about the game not about the $$$ for most of us , since it's not going to buy us or food on the table , or our clothes , omg so long post what's the point if the b**** is not going to read this anyway.

I didn't play the PS game as after seeing the player list I just thought sod it, no point playing with a bunch of password thieves. How about working with an "allow" list. No need for passwords then, if your on the list you can register, if your not tough.
