i was a lil bored tonight so i went back to the first page of all the thread catagories and i saw a few mentioning a members having a 4king e-mail addy????.....is that still an option here.....and i saw where u were running a "chip and a chair" game....what was that???....just curious....i was gonna post on all the first threads just to bring them back.....but i wasn't quite that bored.....lol

we did start off with this when we first launched (I thought all the info was taken off the sign-up page but it seems not) basically this seemed like a good idea at the time but unfortunately we had a couple of people abusing it and to people who didnt know me they could have thought they were representing 4kingpoker officially - ie. they we using admin / webmaster ish type addresses which wasn't on

so I got rid of it - as the risk for abuse and tarnishing the sites name and mine was far too high

BTW the only offical email address for 4kingpoker is my screen name at 4kingpoker.com


chip n chair competition

this was our first daily hand quiz tool that I had made for the site to get new members to join up / revisit the site - basically it was a starting hand with a fold / call / all-in question relative to some other variables

each month all the entries (you could enter daily giving you 30ish chances in the draw) were put in a figurative hat and one entry (both visitors & members) was drawn and they won a poker book from amazon

I dropped it a fair while back when I started putting more money into the tournaments / leagues and also we we getting stuck for homepage space to put it up

It is something I may bring back as I think we still have the code somewhere
