Time:- 3.00pm EST Sundays

.50cents to be taken form ever player, every game to help fund prizes in the League Games.

Lets take the Money to a new level, make the game last, and have some mega brags in the forum with hand historys to study and see how big a Donk The Gypsy is!

My first thoughts:

"helloo, boys and girls, would you like a little sweetie?"

Subsequent thoughts:

Never played it, PL that is, willing to try.
Think the forum link thing might damage numbers overall.
Like the idea of a nominal amount helping the forum.
Love the idea of another VIP game.
I know GT's limits stretch closer to the clouds than the majority's. $3 ain't a lot to some might be to others?
I'm willing to try.

I like the idea but we have games on at 3pm EST Sundays already (FTP v PS league)

the danger is speading things too thin and making other leagues less viable - at the moment the funding of all the forum games is stretching things - as these are getting heavily subsidised by me as it is

with the addition of the quiz entrants game at carbon each month

We also have to consider all the general numbers and also that for the most part tournaments for special reasons - VIP, Team, QUiz Entrants etc are going to be for a niche of players ... that doesnt rule them out but I also have to justify to the rooms the benifit to them (even if I am funding or part funding)

I can and will keep adding games but I've also got to keep things in the realms of managable - with 6 games per week over 3 days (Tuesdays, Thursdays & Sundays) the schedule is getting pretty chocka ... plus the added issues of breakdowns in communication for getting games to actually appear when they are sposed to.

with the current gap every 13th week these slots are easy to sort out, but I cetainly wont be able to organise a weekly game for VIPS - but monthly may be a possibility - maybe in a monthly sunday mid 5pm EST slot ... Carbon is most likely the site I will pushing to do all of our extra / one off / additional games because its a great site and US friendly

I'd quite like to do horse game as this would be a new experience for most players including myself but again its logisitics - not really something anyone else can help with ... as the requests / confirmations get sorted but that doesnt always mean they go up when they are sposed to or without alot of backroom checking / emails etc

hope thats a help - rest assured that more of everything is a priority

but crucially I need to see progress in terms of member participation in any of the new ideas

ps. in terms of special buy-ins for signups etc this is pretty difficult for the sites to admin - you seriously would not believe just how hard the affiliate managers have to work, how many sites they have to manage and just how much support and attention we already get from our partners - I dont want to stretch that beyond what is reasonable

I dont want to go deposit at any more sites then ive already have , those sites are bodog ( which i do love ) , pkr also like, pokerstars ( is bit better for me lately ) , full tilt i can manage , but not any more sites.

And lets make it a Omaha hi pot limit game , nl is getting doll even if it is pot limit.

With same structure in chips and so on , and the buy in doesnt matter to me .

And because the times the tours start at those sites , im already in bed sleeping for 2 3 hours ...


And ive never played vs you ... kinda getting doll aswell ...

well i'll play wherever it is/ whatever it is/ whenever it is and at any cost.
the fact you have never deposited shouldnt be that bigger factor. hello you must of made some bankroll during the time you played!!...

anyway i like the idea of a share of the buy-in goes to something good for the forum or like that charity tournament at carbon... where half goes to prizepool and half goes to "make a wish" foundation so even without playing i already feel good if ya know what i mean, + the game was so much fun to the participians and left a taste of more and i can only wish the waiting till next superevent will be short ...

so yes i join your thought GT.

Sorry, im not a VIP

but sounds Good, lets play some variety Games: OMAHA PL, STUD or HORSE
maybe after the League III or as an Special-Event

Do you really think players are going to be willing to pay $13.00 for a buy-in when other players only pay $3.00? All I can tell you is this. I don't play for that high of a stake and I sure as **** wouldn't be willing to gamble $13.00 to win $3.00. Give me a break.
