Any Team Looking for Players?

Hi,

I've just read the planned times for next seasons games and they seem to be at a time that I will be able to play so I am just looking to see if any teams are looking for players. I'm happy to play buy ins and can deposit at any site that Bob might want to use. I'm not the worlds best poker player but I win money consistantly which is enough for me . I'll turn up for most of the games because I have no life lol and I think password stealers should be shot.

The teams for next season haven't been set up yet. I'm sure there are teams that would have you join. Also, I would suggest starting a team of your own. We are really hoping to have responsible active team leaders next season and I would bet you could fulfill that role.

BTW I've been trying to get a 3rd "Batman Themed" team in the next season. I've got a couple of cool graphics and I can offer advice if you are interested in stepping up as a team captain next year. PM for more info.

Thanks, I was just being a bit humourous really and bumping the thread up so people wouldn't miss it.

I thought about starting a team but I'm Co. Captain of a team on another forum and didn't really want the hassle of running another. I would be happy to turn up and play on 4king and just have a relaxed game without having to worry about getting team members to play.

I also may be looking for a new team. I seem to be the only one with any points in the current team competition. Not sure if others are even playing. Let me know if a team is interested or possibly a new team can be formed.

HOPEFULLY, next season we will have less "publicly set up teams" like the one you are a member of now. The problem is that we have very FEW and i mean very few members step up and lead a team. So Bob has to create teams with no theme or continuity where members jump in so they can play in the team games. IMHO it tends to weaken the overall reason for the team game in the first place. We have the team games to bring members into closer contact with one another.

So as we get closer to the new season... seriously consider the step up!

just to add we will be keeping the currently full / fuller teams for season III but ideally I want to get the members who are in the sub 5 member teams to join into / form up bigger 5+ teams so we can make things work better
