SEASON III - Teams needing to merge / more members asap

hi all

ok for season III of the team only league(s) the passwords will ONLY be posted in teams with 5+ members - STRICTLY

so as there are several sub 5 member teams which havent grown over season II I would strongly suggest the members in those teams need to get together with other teams and merge OR join up one of the broader teams I've setup (as a bit of a safety net)

OR get more members asap

I dont want to just break up teams - so if you have a small team then really try to get more members involved in your team or the best option maybe to merge with others to give your team the best chance of competiting with the others

my suggestion is to move the small NFL teams (and other US related teams) members into Team US or Team America

and to move the European countries into a Team Europe team - suprised team UK hasnt got bigger following BTW

ie.

I have proposed the current leaders of the led zep team & the nascar buffs could change their names to "team USA" & "team America" and then we can invite over the members of the sub 5 NFL teams to join these newly envigorated general US teams

also I have changed the name of Team Germany to "team Europe" and hope that team Italy members will accept the invite to join in with this European team - which would also be open to other European countries that didnt get enough member interest when they have country specific teams to join

I dont want to break teams up - but we really must get more members into the teams for them to work

Please DONT setup any new teams unless you have 5+ members lined up already & you have 25+ posts in the forum

US / NFL teams currently with not enough members for passwords for next season III
(I would suggest maybe combine and join the Team USA or Team America)

Washington Redskins Fans (2 members)

New England Patriots Fans (1 member)

Indianapolis Colts Fans (2 members)

Houston Texans Fans (2 members)

Join Team USA or Team America

other teams which need more members or to consider joining a bigger team


Team Australia (1 member)

Team South America (2 members)


although if members can get more members in their teams 5+ then thats fine - but it would be better to have fewer fuller teams than lots of sub 5 member teams - as you'll be able to compete better with more members of your teams

team elite shall almost stay the same...but.....am i allowed to drop atleast 1 person for inactivity???......only played mabye 1 game all season...and isn't even eligible to get PWs for the other league games....i just wanna drop 1 and add 1

yep thats fine - small team changes are no problem - the member needs to unjoin one group and join a new one etc

but hopefully the full / nearly full teams will stay pretty much together

ideally the full caretaker teams of mine have a member who will step up and be "team leader" (no real duties)

and hopefully members in the sub 5 member teams - particularly ones with only 1-3 members can see the logic in combining or joining other teams

If members making moves want to PM me to make sure they've done it all correctly thats not a problem - I want to get this sorted asap over Christmas / New Year so that we are all in better shape for the next season starting early / mid Jan

You might be dropping me as well.Has this locked pw thing been going for two months cos I cant access the pws ,from what I can see it started beginning of December so I should have 30 days to go ,but it says im locked out .And if I cant play in all the games then I aint gonna bother just for one, yes I know post more but I live a very quiet boring life ,so dont have a lot to talk about

not droppin you kev....with the new rules all you have to do it have 10 posts in the last 60 days......ur last post makes 9 you only need 1 more....and u can access the PW section

just had a look at your posting and afiaks you've posted more than 10 in last 60 days (but it was a quick look)

you should be able to access the normal league passwords in the password area

and the team passwords on the team pages (they are NOT in the locked area)

just to let you know that i leave the Team South America already, only one member is left, but already is notified that our team is going to be break up, and need to look for another team, i dont see the other player in the game today, but make a post about this last week in our team topic, and another post today, and you already make a post in our social group with the same topic, so i think is ok if you erase the team.

About the Australian Team, i remember that carbon dont let australians play for real money.

Also want to ask, the seasons are over, and next season is starting early / mid Jan, the forum dont have any non league game in this time?.
