just to add - not sure if this is the reason you deleted "inactive" members from your team BUT to play in the team only leagues members DO NOT need to have made 10+ posts in the last x days ... they only need to have made 10+ decent posts

You may have removed them because they didnt play enough games (or any games) etc ... thats fine and up to the respective team captains / leaders

As a side note I really hope that captains dropping members PM those members so they know and have an opportunity to join another team (I'm sure you all are) - BUT please dont leave members in the dark - please PM them and keep them in the loop

I have kept the requirements for team play as only 10+ posts (without the rolling posting requirement for a reason) so that members with differing activity levels can still find something to be involved in ;-)

would prefer if you didnt boot people off mid season - they might play

and also once one team starts doing it - everyone will be inclined to

at the moment if ALL teams have to stick with the full teams they have then its fair - if players can move or be dropped mid season it makes it less so

teams that arent full can ADD players during season - but no teams should be changing or making subs during a season

no problem if you want to have a clear out at the end of a season - but please make sure I know who you've moved out so I can be sure they have been offered another home ;-)
