Default If removing inactive players from team

    hi all

Heads up for Captains - Very Important

just wanted to add that I know team captains are re-jigging their teams etc and removing some of the inactive team members

thats fair enough if you let them know

    PLEASE NOTE

I would strongly urge captains who do drop "inactive" players to have the courtesy to PM these members individually to let them know they have been dropped from the team

I spend alot of time trying to make sure that members even ones who may appear inactive know what is going on - and specifically if its something that is player specific rather than general

so PLEASE make sure you do this - so they have the opportunity to join another team if they want to - who knows it may be just the nudge they needed to be more active - but equally by feeling left out or put out - they may feel unwelcome within the rest of the forum

so look after your team members AND ex team members

if you've already deleted team members without notifying them personally - please make the effort to go through your team records and PM them even if its after the fact

Where possible I would encourage captains and active team members to encourage the rest of their team to be active ;-)

    cheers scrawnybob

ps. once the next season has started NO players are allowed to be dropped from a team -but you can add players during the season up to you 10 max - this is to stop possible "substitution" or chopping and changing players for competitive advantage
