Captains - Get scoring non team members points

IMPORTANT: Captains CANNOT remove players from teams during the season

hi all

here is a bit of a heads up for captains with unfull teams ... there are scoring members from last season AND new season who could be added to you team IF your team has vacancies

NB you CANNOT drop players now we are in a live season - so NO dropping inactive players to try and put active ones in (this should have been done during the week off between leagues)

but you CAN add members to your team if you havent got your full 6 players yet

IF you get a scoring member to join your team then you can claim their previous ONE weeks scores for your team (basically there last single scores but not more)

I've suggested to one member that this is a good opportunity to setup a near complete team just from the non team scores - we'll see if that happens or if captains with incomplete teams want to pick off players and invite them where they can

Please note the top 2-3 teams have proved that motivation and good captains make a huge difference on the success of your teams ... and therefore that ANYONE of the captains can build winning teams - lets make the leagues more and more competitive (in a friendly way of course) ... AFAIKS there aren't any leagues that are forgone conclusions

I would be happy joining a new team, but i don't know aliases of PKR players so that i can't really invite them to join the game.
Anyway i will try to pm them about forming a team cause there is no reason why we should waste all thoses points.

I see your point Bob but I think the unsigned players are not signed because they don,t want to be signed up. This is because you will notice they only play in one of the 4 Leagues. And a Team may not want to pick up a player who only plays PKR or Bodog for example over a player who competes in all 4 Leagues.

I for myself don't care much about scoring all leagues as i can't play them all and will welcome warmly anyone to filled Gravediggers, mostly if they're playing at PKR.
Our goal is simple: Win the PKR team LB.
But i understand your purpose Rob, as you're planning on winning them all.

Gl with your new Team Hoje. I think you misunderstood my Post. I definately have no expectations of my Team winning all 4 Leagues. But if the Team Mates can play in all 4 leagues its better than a player who can only play in one League for example. No US can play PKR was my point so Teams won,t change players for just one League. You will have a handful as it is to beat Team UK who have 6 players eligible for the PKR League.But thats just one league was my point.

We currently reach 4 players, which is not that bad for a 2 day team, and all are PKR players. I know that's hard to invest people into teams but i will try to do my best as captain and i count toward my mate to fill it.
About your team winning all leagues, i think you're kidding saying that's not your goal.

this is why Im pleased that I managed to convince Hojediade to make this team ... with the scores from the first game for those member he will already be on the tail of UK team

I didnt want it to be a walk in the park ;-)

also there is nothing stopping Euro or non US members gradually playing in the other leagues

I know PKR is not open to US players but although we are maybe 60-70% US members thats still 30-40% who arent ;-)

plenty of room for more active members in all the leagues
