"dropped" team player list

hi all

please can ALL the team captains use this list (and anyone else if needed) to post up list of any of their "dropped" players from the changes to teams

ie. when you have a 6 member team and you decide which 2 players (or more) that you are dropping / removing from the team

post the dropped members screen names here

then I can keep an eye on making sure they know - ideally by captains PMing them to let them know so they can join another team

hi all

just to update everyone - I have hopefully helped out all the captains that needed / wanted a bit of help on making team changes

those few that were still with more than 4 team members that I hadnt heard back from over the last couple of weeks or so ... I have just deleted the 1 or 2 least recently active members of your teams so that all the teams should now be either correct or I know that they are being in hand for changes

thanks to all the captains on this - I know some feel this is a good idea - some dont
but hopefully once the season is underway it will make alot more sense and work better for everyone

hi all

ok so I think I have now finally got all the changes and pending changes and the "probably wills" that were a bit late confirm they woulds and the forgots and thought you (ie. me) hads

I apologise to those that had thought I had made some changes for them or deleted things etc to find I hadnt or wasnt 100% that earlier decisions were definate decisions etc

I appreciate that alot of things were in the air and alot of changes that would have looked easy hung on several things coming together or not for a change to be made etc etc

I think now we are there in terms of teams ... however as mentioned before I am here to help captains and teams where I can and I will as mentioned before judge any problems or changes needed during this season on a case by case basis

so PM me if you need help / advice or guidance

obviously the sooner any problems are brought up with me the sooner we can sort out a good and fair solution

as mentioned before this is NOT an opportunity to change in players that are scoring more etc but it maybe that a player is long term sick or been totally inactive for months - in which case sorting that should have been done pre-season might be permitted
