with the new changes for the season II the "leading" should be alot easier

the teams will have a maximum of 10 members per team

the passwords will be posted in all teams by me in team pages that have 5+ members

so the only "admin" really is the intial approval (or not) of the 9 additional members that a leader wants on their team (with a lower 10 per team this should be comparitively easy)

ideally the current leaders will maybe cherry pick 4 members and then encourage other active members in their old team to setup new season II (and beyond) teams ... just so we have plenty of choices out there

the only thing leaders need to check is that they approve members that arent already in a season II (and future) team and that the members have 10+ posts

because of this I've opened up setting up a team to all members with 10+ posts as there doesnt seem to be the need to be stricter now

(BTW I'm hoping that we won't need to do team changes every season - so this will be a one off restart if that makes sense)

I think with the smaller teams there should be alot more members who will be happy to setup teams and get a few members (to get the 5+) and then see who comes knocking at the door

ideally existing teams will have a couple of members who want to start teams - ideally we'll get started with a good number of 5+ members in a team and go from there ... I know some will fill their 10 quickly - but fingers crossed we'll get enough new leaders to have plenty of half filled teams

but even if not the 10 player max should make things a bit more open and tempting for people to start new teams regardless

Your replies are usually rapid, i only thought you might have changed your mind. I'm interested to hear your comments. You rallied the Elite well this season, why not hear it all....

I'm sure there are a few pointers we can all take from your successes and musings.

sorry I was guessing you were rallying more team leaders ... getting more members up for it ... and / or giving all of us a sneak preview that you would be leading a new team in season II
