Dark Knights - Team Discussions

hi all

I'm putting up individual team threads for members to discuss team things in the general 4kingpoker team play section of the forum ...

this one for the new Dark Knights Team

mainly because alot of the discussions in the closed team pages (social group part) are things that everyone would be interested in ... so if it doesnt need to be private (like when I post the passwords - which will be in the private team pages) ... its would be better for getting more participation and discussion if members posted in these threads or generally in the team play section or the forum

hope that makes sense

also a good start would be if leaders could post the next thread in this section with their team list ... which you can edit and add to as you get more confirmed players etc

also you could make things easier for admin if this thread had team members screen names at Carbon Poker, Full Tilt Poker & PokerStars ... as the team only events are at Carbon and the FullTilt v PokerStars league will also be played as a team scoring league as well as an individual scoring league

Not cause of me of course, but when i look at the teamies i already feel the breath of victory.

By the way, i wonder why Scrawny belongs to all teams or almost. Is it a way to make sure to be in a winner one, lol.

Wellll.... this is a number one team. Scrawny belongs to so many teams because he is a "temporary non-scoring" member of those teams. It makes people join? Weird i know. Anyhoo I am Runnin2Paddleout on Carbon and as for the rest you can find me as LombardiStix

lol - I think I'm more of a caretaker on those teams - really dont think that me being in them gets people to join lol (I wouldnt flatter myself with super powers)

I think the more down to earth reason is there are alot of members who dont want to or cant figure out how to setup a team and/or just want an easy home to join with the minimum of effort (which is cool BTW)

but definately dont think me being the caretaker is any kind of attraction in itself ;-)

its just a way to get as many members into the team thing as easily as possible

good to see the teams shaping up - hopefully we can get a few more going and them all filled up too

It's a tuff job to move members when talking about a team game cause most of the poker players are awful selfish person i guess.

Hope to see more players involved soon. And don't forget Scrawny, you're doing great job.
