Hey Dazzler, just got an apology email from them saying they had a s/w update going on:

Please note that we had a system update which have caused you to experience some connection problems. We would like to inform you that this matter has now been resolved and we have manually deleted your previous attempts to log in. You may now be able to access your account. "
Responded stating that this is hardly a good excuse especially as they are a 24/7 service. The frsustrating thing was that there was no live support if you arent logged in.
Anyway - sent my tournie code in and see what will happen.
