Post Ap - fixed .

Well the site is no good attraction if you cant withdraw, and you find out people can see your hole cards and play against you like that it f your game up, since what is poker if you see your opponents hand ? thats right nothing , with potripper as example , stealing all the blinds seeing all hands are weak, then when they do raise with ak and so on still call to catch a flop and see to if he can outplay them , and this is very ... bad, if i owned a poker site, and i found out someone is cheating to see all the hole cards, or a switch program to see which cards will be dealt on flop turn river, i would first throw that person in jail for atleast 8 years so he can think of what he has done, i still wonder what happend to that guy, and now i see someone with the name potripper win at a other poker site big, but that guy cheats , so why dont they stop him ?

Close sites like small micro gaming and absolute poker !
They are already trying to ban online poker . i hope it does go away online , just go play live all !

I wishdrew once from AP and got my money with no problem after I verified who I was when they were still taking epassporte. I haven't tried it since epassporte won't do transactions with poker sites.

I now only use moneybookers or click2pay and have never had a problem with ID at any site. Remember this too, it was a bunch of Brits and Finns who recently closed a poker network down using a credit card scam, the sites are protecting themselves and you. One site actually told me off for sending them a pic of my CC without covering up the middle numbers on the card and I can't remember which site it was but a buddy of mine logged in and a pop up told him there had been 3 attempts made to log into his account and it wasn't him, you think no one is trying to hack poker sites? I reckon you'd be pretty pissed if u logged in to one and all your money had gone because the site was lax on security or ID verification.
Thanks for that info. I wondered how CC deposits/withdraws were handled and if it was worth doing it that way. Now I know. Good post.

Iwould personally be lost if they closed all online poker its a very relaxing thing for me to do...I can and do go play live but why should I have to do that when I can play online and never leave the comfort of my own home ?

Don't think the sites will close. But if you live in the USA. it will get harder & harder for USA. players to deposit $$$. We are the only country that i know of that has a big problem with online gambling. I to will not be to happy to say the least.

Plenty of sites ask for identification in certain circumstances, and if they're not happy with what you come up with, they're entitled to ask until they are satisfied that you are who you claim to be. The only "fraud" involved here is that they are trying to avoid being defrauded, which makes sound business sense.

i really don't understand why they made it so difficult for you to withdraw either. i've made deposits thru vegas 24/7 and absolute in the past and cashed out at vegas 24/7 with no problems. i've known many players that have cashed out thru absolute poker also so this makes no sense to me. i can see why you're frustrated as i've been thru this with other poker sites in the past....i just uninstalled them and ridded myself of that headache. but i would not give up on trying to cash out at absolute as i believe it's still very possible and i plan on in the future.

Well besides the withdrawl factor which i know is big is the gameplay and the players worth the trouble to play on this site? I know not everyones handled the same way did you want to withdrawl a large sum of money?

This is a rigged site. I would not waste anytime playing there since the scandel they had about a year ago. Their gameplay is not that great and any place involved in cheating is not worth playing at.

I did hear about the cheating scandal there. Which they have supposedly cleaned up. Still, that's enough to keep me away.
