Default Absolute not rigged but has issues

hi

I would NOT say Absolute Poker is rigged - not in terms of the RNG (Random Number Generator) but they have had issues with staff security

re: PotRipper

Potripper was a high ranking member of staff who accessed the system being able to view players hole cards (this was only possible due to his high level access) and he was then able to play while seeing others hand strength

this was spotted by geeky poker players who spotted the abnormal win rate and odd looking hand histories - BUT had nothing to do with a rigged RNG - The site was fully investigated and it seems to have been an isolated incident with this one member of staff. Affected players were fully compensated and they have reviewed the security situation.

You also mention other sites you've deposited alot at and not won - Without seeing your play or details I would definately suggest that you look at your poker strategy and play as
the other site you've mentioned I've found to be very easy to make money at.

I firmly recommend all players and members should be playing within their bankroll and overall financial circumstances - and if they find they are consistently losing then work on strategy and lower stakes.

It may well be that you have won alot at other sites (and therefore leveling up for losses elsewhere) but if this is the case its also worth looking at playing poker as an overal net win / loss game regardless of which sites you are splitting your time between - as although it might seem odd its perfectly within the realms of probability / stats to happen to have your winning sessions at one site and your losing sessions at another - hope that makes some sense

cheers scrawnybob

I play there regularly and have heard about the random card issue, and sometimes it does make you scratch your head when you see one outers hit frequently.I have won freerolls on several occasions so I just play with their money to be on the safe side.

I lost money there when I played ring games. Now, I ahead there as I play only tournaments. I was able to make a withdrawal there with no problem. (I wish I could say that about many other sites but I can't) I had much money at Vegas which got transferred to AP when it was bought. I really should make a withdrawal as I have way more money than what I need to play on. The problem is now epassporte is gone and I don't want to pay ewalletexpress 10% for transferring my money.
