I have 23k, get dealt QQ Raise it to 8k, The chipleader (bully), calls .The flop 8,8,10 I go all in he calls ..shows Pocket 4's (At this point I am Dancing In My Living Room!!) Guess what happened on the river a 4!!!!!!!!!! Holy &^%^$^%$% Man.. Felt Like A stab in The Heart!!!! almost made me Sick! (JK) I finished in 23rd place for $150.00 ( I won @ Coupon for this Game, cost me 2.00 bucks ) Was that a badbeat or a Suckout? LOL

I would consider this a bad beat. You had the nuts (QQ) pre-flop to the villains (44) and the best hand after the flop. The villain was on a wing and a prayer, his prayer was answered this time.

i have a $60 coupon to play this tourny. what are the players like, and was it hard to make the money. if someone is calling your shove with 44 on that board. the play sounds kinda soft to me.

yea, i'd like to know about that too. i also have a 60$ coupon. won it in a rounders freeroll. could have used it for the aussie but haven't used it yet. i just wanna make some money with that ticket. got me a book called power hold'em stategy today and holding back on playing that coupon till i finished reading that book

Total suckout. I see it more and more on the merge sites (not saying it's riggged or anything) just saying I played and raised 900 chips preflop with AK get one caller with 6 9 suited spades. He flops a flush and pushes allin I have ace of spades and top pair - mainly hoping for 1 more spade I dont get.

I come to realize on the merge sites you need ALOT OF LUCk and skill to beat the donkeys.

Bad break for you but atleast it was a profit in the end for you.

If the flop was all spades and the "villain" went all-in that would of been a huge red flag for me that they either had hit the flush or had a straight draw to your top pair. You were chasing the river hoping to hit your flush was a costly mistake IMHO

why do you want 1 caller with a drawing hand. a pr of 2's beat that. the book says go all in with that in any position. you won't catch me doin that. its all in for me

I'm in a $10 bount at Full tilt. Feelin good playin great. I'm like 7th in chips. Catch QQ. in big blind call a raise three times the blind. flop is 10s 2h 3c. I check rasier makes pot size bet. i take my time reraise. Allin now i use all my time. make the call. raiser has J 10. yeah boy I'm gonna take the chip lead. oops runner runner 10. Noooooooooo. well i didn't make the money but i did get enough from bounties to get my money back and a little more. sometimes I hate to love this game.
