I'm at my local poker place charity of course. In a $20 rebuy tourney. Played great first hour. after rebuy period im chip leader. first hand after rebuy i catch KK. blinds are 500 1000 i have 30000 in chips. i raise to 4 not wonting any A rag to call. instead K10 off allin i call get cracked. then the allin starts talkin trash. steams me a little so i choose to lay off sit back a min. watching the table im down to 23000 now. blinds run through cant even protect them to much action. now down to 21500. not chip leader any more. I have been watchin the table and all the action is from one guy and of course he is sittin in front of me. raises every hand. then every flop all in. just running the table. no one ever calls. so i get in my big blind again. still at same chip stack. have AJ d. first position raises to 4K. the bully. im the only caller. Flop A 6 4. I hesitate and check. of course Allin. so i take my time get a chip count. study him the whole time he wont look at me or talk to me. He has me covered. makes it even tougher. I really think I trapped him though. So I call. I Was right. although he was stronger than i expected QQ. of course the Q comes on the turn he doesn't even have to sweat it. So here it is should I have folded AJ there. 8K pot I have 17500 left. all my chips tp call. I know my read was right and play was what i wanted to happen. Were the pot odds right? or should i even thinkj about that there? Should I just trust my read or wait to play another pot with a stronger hand?
