Default Bigger,Badder, Better, Bubble Bad Beat

I love the $20 rebuy, 5K gaurantee touney on Bodog @ 1:20 am every day. It usually seats less than a hundred people and I don't usually need to rebuy. Well, Last Thursday. I was playing extremely tight and made it to 10th place. The tourney payed top nine. They brought a new player to my table and there were two tables of five. I was in sixth place when i was dealt pocket aces. I had around 45K and I bet 10K. The new player at my table raised me all in. VOILA!!!! just what i wanted. He turns over QJ unsuited. I was dumbfounded. Why would he go all in with JQ? I can barely contain myself. The flop brings two Qs and a five. The rest is history. It was definitely one of my worst beats, but it taught me a valuable lesson. I Know now that i should have folded those effin' aces.

I bubbled a tournament last night when I was dealt pocket Jacks and even made a set on the flop only to have someone river a flush on me.........pissed me off royally!!!

SO I know exactly how you feel. It sometimes is better to fold into the money, but at the same time you have to ask yourself if you are playing to win or playin to cash!

Funny I should find this today. The exact same thing happened to me today on FT. Only instead of him flopping trips he made top pair (Q) only to hit a J on the river for 2 pair. It was unreal. Again what you were thinking...why would you put all your money in with QJ os?!?!?!
