    the odds of floping a flush are like .88% of the time, i think. then of course another spade doesn't come to give you the nut flush. why he got the money in with 8 10s is beyond me.

    better luck next time

    that sucks....no idea why that tard would go all in preflop with those 2 cards,but just because you get ur aces cracked like we all have many times doesn't make it a bad beat....lol

    Yes a bad beat, but why did u get it all in preflop? I tend to shy away from getting my money in blind these days no matter what hand I have AA included..............

    CO open shoved....

    OP

    equity win tie pots won pots tied
    Hand 0: 79.560% 79.36% 00.20% 1358949 3361.50 { AhAs }
    Hand 1: 20.440% 20.24% 00.20% 346632 3361.50 { Ts8s }

    I have quite a few hands that lost when I was 90%+ (including a ~97.1% on the flop) to win when it all went in on the flop/turn. Then again, they are 6% of all the hands when I was ahead that far. Hmmm.... seems right to me so even those are not bad beats. Odds happen.

    Btw, what site is this? Lmao at open shoving 118 BB's pre with a pot size of 2.5 BB's.

    Nerice I see what your saying, but that open shove by the player with 810s is horrible horrible play. I love to play against people like that, cause they can get lucky that one time, but I always tell em to keep my chips warm cause I know theyre gonna be coming back to me at some point.........

    I agree with this outlook. When you see that kind of play you got to feel like if you play solid than odds are you are going to double up off of chip leader eventually. Otherwise you would stop playing smart and start playing lotto poker.

    Is a bad beat for sure, but even if you would have just raised preflop he would have called and floped the flush anyway, and then how could you really fold if he bet the flop, with a pair aces and nut flush draw hard to do i say, just hope it dont happen next time
