AA vs K9

here's a sic hand that cost me a trip to the final table. maybe i should have raised more preflop, or just shoved. but i got greedy and tried to make a play with my AA.

this seem to be happening to me alot lately. i get to the point were i am going to get a big stack, and be able to make the final table. but i get rivered everytime i get the money in with the best hand.

I think is terrible.Player whos plays with K9 against AA must be crazy and very lucky.i'm glad that I havent losed like this yet.anyway alltime appears crazy people whos plays like this.

first ,the K9 guy had not know he was facing AA .......second i think this is a bad call(went all in with K 9 ,although he was lucky hitting that K on river).....bad luck for u khicks26

You're right in the fact that your preflop bet should have been alot more than the standard 3xbb. With it being a $1 buy in, there's a chance that you still get called down since the guy has a bigger stack. Either way, next time I would take my chances by betting out and let letting an opponet see a cheap flop with a hand that is hard to improve postflop.
