Hey what's wrong with some good ole' trolling?
Since there weren't any new threads created recently I just had to reply his. And God knows I can't write anything positive because I'm such a big d!ck so I just trolled. You are new here. I'm older. That doesn't mean anything but I really REALLY can't take all the bs threads created. I mean what if I would open a thread after I lost QQ/KK/AA to a suckout? And belive me, it has happened like 387 times so far. But no one would care. We just take a breathe and go on to the next hand. But hey, if you play 200 hands/ week yea, you think it's a big deal when that happends.

Offtopic, IMHO Bob should delete some of the "online is rigged" threads because it looks like every once in awhile a new member finds the need to write his "pokerXXXX is rigged" story because he lost with 46suited after flopping a str8. They might be comming here after google-ing ..something and they bring nothing good. Just my 2c.

P.S. sauce_n_eggs relax man

Default new rigtard section

hi

lol - I'm not sure how much I can useful contribute to this thread as I can kind of see everyone's POV from their POV (if that makes any sense)

on the rigged threads front - I am intending to get a section for rigged threads - as I'm sick of site specific sections getting polluted with junk posts ... this way rigtards and doomswitchers can knock themselves out in there and also any bear baiters or trolls can do their worst to a captive audience ... much the same way as the badbeat section ... where in fairness we are now ;-)

anyway couple of things to try and turn the thread around (maybe)

10 cent games are not a huge step-up from freerolls in terms of investment so they are going to play the same way

also ALL game have been getting more aggressive - and eventually this "new" way of playing ultra aggressive with 3 bets, 4 bets, 5 bets ... and the "stealing re-raise from the blinds" move ... will filter down to all the stakes everyone it seems now is getting a little bit of strategy and going bonkers with it

I would bet the 6-9 off allin bet was one of two things ... stupidity born from only having to put up 10 cents OR someone who has seen how effective an all-in reraise out of position can be in stealing a hand from a reasonably strong hand raising in late position ...

Ive seen this move both pulled off / and done it / and folded to it in $2/4 games ... where suddenly QQ really doesnt feel quite so good anymore ... being generous this character may have got a bit too involved in this months pokerplayer magazines "top tips" for stealing ...

in fairness in this senario HIS hand is actually total irrelevant ... you "should have" FOLDED your 88-QQ hand to this re-raise according to his play going by the "latest" new rules of super aggressive poker

interestingly its now (dont tell anyone) going full circle back to the savvy players letting the ultra agressives make their moves and sitting back like a crafty vulture ... much more my game ;-)

this will all effectively make the game much much more interesting again - where anything can happen - skill and cunning count and its no longer who has the biggest balls to raise the raise rediculously from just about anywhere - that will still happen but no longer will absolute agression win out IMHO

anyhow - back to the fun and games ;-)

cheers scrawnybob

Lmfao, funny choice of hands there mo. Think it was the sunday before last I was playing a house game and pissed a guy off with my 46 suited. We were playing 2/1 NL, UTG min raised, know the player will do that out of boredom so I called the four right after taking down the pot before I do that a lot live. guy to my left reraised to $7, well crap didnt want to get that invested but had already called 4 so 3 more on a $21 pot when it got back to me was a no brainer. Flop was AA3, nothing in there for me ready to fold, checked around. Free card was the 5 of spades, now openended str8 and flush draws, still willing to fold because I know that the reraiser has an ace, no question about it. checked to me and I follow reraiser bets 7.... Are you kidding me one caller and now this guy is begging for me to draw, $38 dollar pot I call to take it to 45. River spade, utoh, ace of spade was out there so I knew I wasn't against the nut flush from the reraiser and the other guy checked, he would never do that if he had trips or a flush so he is beat. I bet 20, under 1/2 the pot, "please reraise me" then I hear music, "$40", after putting on a like act, "Im all-in" "call" that boy jumps out of his chair slams hit ace queen off on the table and reaches for my chips. Flushed ya, gimmie gimmie. He went nuts, $190 pot because he slow played, hahaha. I think he learned a lesson, and I could fold to those bets, prob should have been in ther in the 1st place but it worked out. Sorry nothing to do with this really just thought it was funny to see that hand and the example of a bad beat.
